'Thanks Eammon... we are getting very good feedback, you, Chantelle and the rest of the team did a great job with the theming and management of the event; Rob did an excellent job with the food - everything was delicious; and Sarah and the Red Scooter team also did a very good job of managing all the special guest requests on the night; some guests specially mentioned how good the waitressing staff were - they ought to be congratulated because they are very good at what they do.
