Event Name: David Nutter Ford Gala Awards Evening - Saturday 5th February 2011

Jacquelyn from David Nutter Ford approached Red Scooter and Clymax Event Design to create an awards night look and feel with a difference.
The brief was simple. Design a table look. Something cool and very thematic. A look with a contrast to the venue’s interior surroundings that will also complement its unique decor ambiance. With this information, Scooter and Clymax decided the creative direction to propose would be a funky urban jungle table look. All tables where wrapped in cool black and white zebra print lycra table covers that gave the room a dramatic, but stylised look throughout. Each table centrepiece was created from lush exotic foliage arranged to look like its own private jungle oasis. From a distance the repetition of all the tables looked funky and fabulous framed with Red Scooters signature red, black and gold oldie world decor interior accents. With the room set, all that was needed was the reveal, something simple with impact. An entrance to start the night’s festivities.
On arrival into the venue, guests where wowed by the simple, yet affective journey through the Dakota entrance, the red carpet and drape walkway revealed their final destination, the Maddison dining room.

Event Name: Insurance Line - Awards Evening, Friday 28th January 2011

What better way to ring in the New Year than an exhilarating awards night at Red Scooter. The Insurance Line staff arrived in a succession of Harley Davidson and Hot Rods, with vintage cars for those not so daring. Guests were welcomed into the Dakota room, with roving canapés and entertained by fire breathers, perched on our famous Big Red Chair. After our famous Red Scooter reveal guests were seated for their meals, tables were decorated in our black signature look with Red Scooter’s beautiful Orchard Centerpiece. Entrée and main were served before the nights formalities begun. Soon after guests witnessed an interactive stage performance by one of Australia’s renowned illusionist Simon Taylor whilst grazing on our stunning banquet dessert, guests certainly were left with magical memories.
Event Name: Adidas, Gala Awards Evening - Friday 10th December 2010

Adidas, one of the highest ranked sporting brands in the world, chose Red Scooter as their venue to host their annual Awards Night. The brief from our client was to host a cocktail style Awards Night. Guests were astonished as they approached the venue, and had no choice but to strut their stuff along our famous Red Carpet. As they entered the venue they were greeted by our staff and were delighted to quickly receive a beverage and a selection of canapés. Awards were presented, emotional acceptances were delivered ………then the party began. DJ Brad set the mood for guests to add to the already electric atmosphere . Adidas were overwhelmed with the Awards Night and have since rebooked their event to be held again at Red Scooter.

Event Name: Australian Video Producers Association Awards - 9th November 2010

Red Scooter's state of the art Audio Visual set up made us the perfect choice to host the Australian Video Producers awards evening. Vying for over 30 awards in catergories ranging from broadcast TV, commercials, corporate to special events and weddings, more than 130 of the industry's best video producers travelled from all over Australia for the Gala evening. Entertainment from comedian Marty Fields ensured that wether they won or not everyone had a great night.

Event Name: Money3 - Gala Awards Night, 2 October 2010

The men arrived in their suits, the women in their stunning gowns. The Dakota Red Carpet package welcomed Money3 employees for their annual Awards night at Red Scooter. Guests entered a stunningly styled sit down dinner event, with our black signature table design and orchard centerpieces. Red Scooter staff discretely served entrées of feta spinach and pine nut ravioli, whilst guests settled onto their tables. Main meals of crispy skinned salmon and oven baked chicken breast were served and cleared as the award ceremony took place. Spirits were high, encouraged by grateful winners. Roving dessert was served as the dance floor filled, and thus became a memorable night for all Money3 associates that attended.

Fairfax Community Network is a division of Fairfax Media who is responsible for the network of 33 Community papers delivered throughout Greater Melbourne. Their Awards night was an evening to reward their hardworking employees who excelled throughout the year. Over 350 guests mingled throughout Red Scooter whilst enjoying superior food and beverages. The evening ended with all the guests dancing the night away and celebrating their achievements.

Event Name: HIA – Housing Industry Association 2008 Apprentice Awards night, 9th August 2009

HIA – Australia’s largest residential building organization held their 2008 Apprentice Awards dinner at Red Scooter. HIA’s apprentice scheme is regarded as the best in the business, and this night was all about recognising the great apprentices that they have. Darren James from 3AW was the MC and kept the guests involved throughout the evening with a number of interactive segments including a Juggler Act. Guests then hit the dance floor to dance the night away with Red Scooter’s resident DJ – “DJ Bruce”.
