Gala Dinners

“The Greatest Show on Earth in the big top” was the theme and Red Scooter was the creator. Working very closely with National Foods Marketing team, Red Scooter designed a circus spectacular to re-launch their Big M product. A fire breather, juggler and stilt walker greeted over 150 guests on arrival. A Ring Leader, Clowns, Magicians and a Tarot reader entertained the guests whilst enjoying a Circus style themed dinner menu. Red Scooter was transformed into a big top, and guests could even create their own photo with their favorite circus performer and favorite Big M. The event was a resounding success and one that is still talked about by National Foods. Looks like they will be back next year for another Gala dinner!

Celebrating the conclusion of the Albury Bypass Highway, Red Scooter in conjunction with The Abie Group recreated a famous scene from the Moulin Rouge movie for their Gala Dinner. Harold Zeidler and Can Can show girls met the guests as they arrived on the red Carpet entrance at Red Scooter. After pre dinner dinks, the guests were revealed into the dinner space with music from the Moulin Rouge soundtrack “Because we Can Can Can”. The dinner was set with tables covered in black underlays with red rose overlays and black chair covers. Antique birdcage centerpieces with striking red and black Ostrich feathers covered the tables, along with personalized Moulin Rouge themed menus and holding slides from the Moulin Rouge movie added to the theme. Guests were mesmerized by the Can Can feature performance and guests then hit the dance floor to dance the night away with a DJ.
