Event Name: Kraft Foods Product Launch, 18th March 2011

Red Scooter hosted the Victorian segment of the Kraft Foods National Product Launch and Road Show. The ability for our venue to adapt to the client’s needs throughout the day proved Red Scooter's versatility. Delegates were welcomed into EJ’s space for pre-conference refreshments, before entering Dakota Room to an astonishing light and sound show. The initial requirement of the day was theatre style seating for the welcome presentation, followed by a fully catered morning tea served back in EJ’s Space. During this time the Dakota Room was then transformed into a cabaret style seating configeration, with state of the art audio visual requirements. The delegates then returned to EJ’s space once again for delicous cold lunch and afternoon tea which included a cold lunch and an array of petit fours that were to beautiful to eat. The Final session, utilized all spaces were and were set classroom style for the presentation of each of the products. This day demanded many resets within the limited function duration, and was carried out professionally and efficiently.

Since winning the City of Port Phillip’s small business of the year award in 2008, they’ve been great supporters of Red Scooter and we have established a great working relationship. City of Port Phillip chose the venue for their quarterly meeting as it is important to them to choose a company with a strong sustainability focus. The meeting was held in the Dakota room for 30 guests set boardroom style.

Event Name: Peters Nestle Training, 31st March & 1st April 2008

Peters Ice creams, a division of Nestle held their annual two day sales conference at Red Scooter. They wanted a venue that was unique and would be motivational for their training. The room was set boardroom style and had several audio visual requirements such as a data projector, sound system, electronic whiteboards, flipcharts and more. The sales training was a great success for Nestle and was very productive for their staff to get out of the office away from all the day to day interruptions.
