Your Personal Event Coordinator
Planning a wedding can be daunting – especially if you are new to the event planning game. Don’t worry; we have had lots of experience. A personal event coordinator will work with you to guide you through the process and ensure that no detail is missed.
Your Event Coordinator will:
- Provide you with a Wedding Checklist
- Give you ideas for additional services you will require such as florists, photographers, wedding cake designers and entertainment
- Plan with you critical dates that decisions need to be made regarding menus, order of proceedings and final numbers
- Provide personalised floor plans for you to plan your guest seating
- Give you ideas to incorporate any special requests you may have such as a particular theme, family traditions or wedding special features such as a slide show presentation of photos taken on the day!
- Coordinate the delivery of all of your event components to Red Scooter, including the Cake, Themeing, Entertainment and most importantly – the arrival of the Bride & Groom!
- Work with you to develop your Order of Proceedings to include your cake cutting, bridal waltz, toasts and speeches!
