A choice of wedding reception venues...
First, you can begin your wedding with the formalities witnessed in the
Ceremony Room at Red Scooter, and guests can then linger for the wedding reception. We're able to accommodate up to 330 guests for a sit down dinner and 400 guests for a cocktail event in the Hamilton Room, or alternatively choose from either the Dakota room hosting 130 for a dinner or Madisson with the capacity of up to 170 guests sit down, or 250 guests for hand held dining. 120 free on-and-off-street parking spaces allows your guests easy access to venue.

We have a range of complete wedding packages at Red Scooter, or can tailor something specifically to suit your special day.
Choose from either a Hand Held or Sit Down Dinner inclusive of:
- A four course dinner or a hand held cocktail function with one food station
- Your
choice of menu from our seasonal selection which you will sample in a
complimentary food tasting for both the Bride & Groom
- 5 hour beverage package
- Room Decor including linen & centrepieces for sit down dinner, or cocktail furniture for hand held dining
- Venue hire and exclusive use of your chosen event space for a five hour duration
- Personal Red Scooter wedding coordinator to work with you on bringing together all of the logistics and planning of your wedding
- Red carpet entry for you & your guests
- Special effect room and dance floor lighting, as well as access to the in house PA system
- Security and parking attendees to direct guests to the 120 free on and off street parking spaces
Saturday - From $125.00 per guest
Friday & Sunday - From $115.00 per guest
Monday to Thursday - From $105.00 per guest
Conditions: Subject to availability and minimum guests as per guest capacity. Pricing inclusive of GST and valid for events held before 31 December 2011.
